I am writing this to thank you again for all your help in my purchase of 2 hearing aids. After you left, I went outside and heard the birds for the first time in 15 years. I heard geese honking overhead and it about scared me to death because I didn't know what it was!! No one will ever know what hearing loss means to the person who has the hearing loss and the jokes from people can be very hurtful to say the least.
