Our Mission

Many businesses define themselves by a goal statement, a vision statement or by what they want to be. At HEARINC we want customers and professionals to know us by what we do. What we do is restore quality of life to individuals who are having problems with their hearing or with vertigo, dizziness and balance. HEARINC will employ every resource available to us to help people conquer dizziness and balance issues that prevent them from living fuller unhindered lives. For individuals with hearing difficulties, HEARINC will apply the best appropriate technology along with training and experience to restore maximum hearing potential and help them "Join the Conversation."

To achieve our objective HEARINC has invested in the latest technology for testing and evaluating hearing. HEARINC also recognizes that the old adage "You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear" is irrefutable when it comes to hearing. That is why our main lines of hearing aids are from world-recognized leaders in hearing aid quality and hearing research. But the best equipment and products cannot capture even a third of the success required without training and experience. HEARINC employees receive about twenty-five hours of training a year to better serve our patients. Also, manufacturers either visit our offices, or we travel to their factories, for hands on, monthly product training.

Using the best equipment, providing the best products, keeping sharp on technology along with taking the time required to understand your personal hearing situation makes it possible for us to provide the highest level of satisfaction achievable. Jim Gall, Amy Danks and Bob Stratton are all individuals who had prior professional experiences in correcting their hearing. After coming to HEARINC they asked how they could help inform others about the satisfaction they experience and volunteered the testimonials on this website and as heard on WHBC radio.

Recognize, no two individuals have the same hearing and especially no two are alike when it comes to hearing loss and correction. No one solution works for everyone. Each patient's hearing must be evaluated and corrected on an individual basis. Jim, Amy and Bob represent the success patients experience with our thorough evaluation, demonstration, correction and counseling procedures. This practice has reliably provided excellent results. There are no absolute guarantees that every patient will achieve these same levels of satisfaction. It has been successful for Jim, Amy, Bob and scores of our other patients. HEARINC would appreciate an opportunity to help you achieve the same success. Come in for a free consultation, maybe we will be able to help you or someone you love "Join the Conversation."
